the White Tiger

The White Tiger is a pigmentation variant of the Bengal tiger, which is reported in the wild from time to time in the Indian states of Assam,West Bengal and Bihar in the Sunderbans region and especially in the former State of Rewa. Such a tiger has the black stripes typical of the Bengal tiger, but carries a white or near-white coat.

The white Bengal tigers are distinctive due to the color of their fur. The white fur caused by a lack of the pigment pheomelanin, which is found in Bengal tigers with orange color fur. When compared to Bengal tigers, the white Bengal tigers tend to grow faster and heavier than the orange Bengal tiger. They also tend to be somewhat bigger at birth, and as fully grown adults. White Bengal tigers are fully grown when they are 2–3 years of age. White male tigers reach weights of 200 to 230 kilograms and can grow up to 3 meters in length. As with all tigers, the white Bengal tiger’s stripes are like fingerprints, with no two tigers having the same pattern. The stripes of the tiger are a pigmentation of the skin; if an individual were to be shaved, its distinctive coat pattern would still be visible. For a white Bengal tiger to be born, both parents must carry the unusual gene for white colouring, which only happens naturally about once in 10,000 births. Dark-striped white individuals are well-documented in the Bengal tiger subspecies (Panthera tigris tigris) as well as having been reported historically in several other subspecies. Currently, several hundred white tigers are in captivity worldwide, with about one hundred being found in India. Their unique white color fur has made them popular in entertainment showcasing exotic animals, and at zoos

The White Tiger could be found in some cavity in some country. like India,Africa, Caribbean, America. and Europe. In India, White tigers are found in many major zoos across India. Nandankanan Zoological Park, Odisha hosts 34 white tigers with the first litter of white tigers born in 1980. In Africa, the white tiger could be found in Parc de Ben Akhnoun. Parc de Ben Aknoun is a zoo in the city of Algiers, which houses white tigers of a rare breed. Two females and a male were brought on a flight from Gabon, in July 2014. In Caribbean, you can find the white tiger in The Emperor Valley Zoo in Trinidad and Tobago houses a male (Shere Khan) and female (Rajasi) white tiger. On 10th January 2015, Rajasi gave birth to two cubs, Raja and Rani. In Europe, you could found the white tiger in Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa (the Zoologic Garden of Lisbon) is home to five white tigers, a male and female along with their cubs (one male and two females), all born in the zoo. Two Bengal white tigers were born in a zoo in Győr in January 2015. Three Bengal white tigers were born in a zoo in November 2014, in a mini-zoo in Klaipėda, Lithuania, and five female Bengal white tigers were born in April 2015. Lastly, in America, There are two white tigers in captivity at Downtown Aquarium, Houston, under a legal permit by Tilman J. Fertitta. There are three white tigers in Beto Carrero World Park in Brazil.

There are some side effect in breeding of the white tiger. Outside of India, inbred white tigers have been prone to crossed eyes, a condition known as strabismus, an example of which is "Clarence the cross-eyed lion", due to incorrectly routed visual pathways in the brains of white tigers. Other genetic problems include shortened tendons of the forelegs, club foot, kidney problems, arched or crooked backbone and twisted neck. there are also found a case about a deformed tiger named Kenny. Kenny was born deformed because he was born in a cross breed of a white tiger and a normal bengal tiger.

Al-Azhar BSD

Today im going to tell you about Al-Azhar BSD. I'm going to tell you about this school because its my old school. I've been studying in there for 8 years, thats why i know the place so well. Mainly Al- Azhar Bsd is a school complex that include kindergarten until senior high school. It has 4 main building for school, 2 extra building for some occasion, 3 canteen, a library, a mosque, 2 parking lot, 1 office building, and 6 field.

When you first enter the school complex you will go trough the main gate. When you pass the main gate you will find the first parking lot and when you see to your right you will find the mosque. The mosque is a 2 story building that used for praying. After the main parking lot, you'll encounter another gate. When you go through the gate you'll meet the main corridor. In the end of the corridor, located a logo of Al Azhar BSD in the wall. In there, there's a fork road. If you turn to the left you will meet the kindergarten building and the elementary bulding. If you turn right you'll meet the junior and the senior high school building.

Now im going to tell you about the four main building. The first one is the kindergarten building. This building is a 2 story building. It has a lot of class room, one big hall for the special occasion, and one large playground. Next is the elementary building. This building is a 3 story building consist of classes, teachers room, UKS, toilets in every floor, computer lab, and 2 mini garden. Next is the junior high school building. This building is a 3 story building that is rather smaller than the elementary school. This building consist of classes, biological and physical lab, 2 computer lab, teachers room, UKS, an audiovisual room, and toilets. Next is the senior high school building. This building is also a 3 story building. It consist of classes, computer lab, science lab, teachers room, a climbing cliff, and toilets.

Now im going to tell you about the 2 extra building. The first building is used mainly for three things. The first floor is used for the library, the second floor is used for formal occasion, like meet and greet, special announcement, student performance, and more. The third floor is a basketball field. It's an indoor field that used for gym class mostly. The second building have 3 use too. The first floor is used for the main canteen . The second floor is used for extra occasion but mostly for art class. The third floor is another field. This one is an outdoor field and because it's located in the roof, this field is quite hot. 

The field in this school divided to 4 place. The first one is the main field. This main field consist of  2 large soccer field. This field usually used for important ceremony, like the flag ceremony, and other important ceremony. The next field is the elementary field. In the elementary building, there located 2 soccer field. One in front of the building and the other one is in the back of the building. These field are used for gym class mostly. The last 2 field is the one that located in the 2 extra building that i already explain to you. 

The next is the school office. The school office is located near the mosque and outside the school complex. The school office is a small 2 story building. This building consist of the humas office, bank, administration office, uniform store, and other offices. This building is mostly used for paying the school fee and buying school uniform.

Last but not least, the one place that every student love, the canteen. The first canteen is located in the first floor of the extra building that located among the elementary and the junior high school. This canteen is the largest canteen in this school. The food have a lot of variant. Started from mie ayam, sate padang, bubur, sushi, drinks and more. The second canteen is the one that located among the junior and the senior high school. This canteen is smaller from the first canteen. In here the food have a lot variant too. Started from crapes, bento, fried chicken, martabak, snacks, drinks, and more. The last canteen is the mosque canteen. This canteen is located below the mosque. This is the smallest canteen in this school. This canteen serve milk, fried rice, mie ayam, fried banana, and drinks.

Megantara

Megantara is an annual event in SMA 3 Bandung. This event theme is the traditional culture in Indonesia. This is event is quite known in Bandung. This event is famous because of the guest stars and the spectacular (acara). This year megantara was a blast too. In 10^th of September 2016 , Megantara was held in Bali Field. The gate open at 11.30 am. In side there are a lot of stands. There are food stands, merchandise stands, the main stage, guest sitting place, replica of some of the famous building or culture. The Bali Field was divided to 5 section that is Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan , and Papua. Each section have its own style. The Sumatra section has the Jam Gadang replica, and the food is sate padang. In the Java section we’ll find the famous gamelan jawa, we can learn to play the gamelan because in there exist  a stand that specially for West Java culture. Not only we can learn about gamelan, we also can learn about the ancient writing in Sundanese and learn to play the traditional games. In the Kalimantan section we can find a photo booth and some food stand. Moving to the Sulawesi section we could find more food stands. In the Papua section, we could locate another photo booth, a hunted house by the t’st, and the food truck section. In the center edge of Bali Field located the main stage where the performer will perform of course.

My story in the Megantara was fun although im quite disappointed because I don’t get to watch the performance of RAN and The Changcuters. I came to Bali Field at 9 am. I was quite confused because I don’t find my friend anywhere, but then I finally meet one of my friend. He was on duty because he was a (panitia). Because I don’t find the rest  of my friend, I decided to stick with him. He told me that he is going to the school to get something. I thought I could wait for my friend at the school so I say I’ll come with him. On the way to the school building I met one of my friend. I called her and she came over to me, I decided to come along with her. I want to called my other friend and told him that I’m not going to the school but he was already to far and look busy so I don’t called him and just went with my friend. I got inside with my friend and we stop in one of the food stand where I met my other friend. We three chatted for a while until my other friend left us because she got to do her duty.

After a while of chatting , my friend was told that the gate just opened. My friend got an Idea that I should tour the Megantara and she will act like a tour guide. I agree and went outside to change my ticket. After getting a ticket, I went to the entrance for the visitor. My bag was checked , after that I walk inside a hall that was decorated nicely. At the end of the hall my friend is already waiting for me. First, she told me to get the free drink. After that she started the tour. We started in the Sumatra section to the Java section and then the Kalimantan section then to the Sulawesi secton and to the Papua section and finally the main stage. We were giggling the entire  tour. After  finishing the tour we go back to the Java section. In there we take a picture in front of the Megantara main photo booth. After that, we wanted to try the gamelan and we get taught by the person who stand by there. After that we learn the ancient Sundanese writing. After  that we play the traditional games. It was a lot of fun.

I was separated from my friend and met my other friends. I was really hungry in that time, so me and my friends decided to eat. We look around for food, but sadly  all of the food is quite expensive L. We ended up eating Mie Ayam. It was cheap and delicious. After eating, we decided to pray. We got nothing to do at that time. We decided to try the hunted house (obake house). We were so exited to get inside. We are a scaredy-cat but we were really want to get inside. We read the rules  and the rules says that the minimum people to get inside was 4. Unfortunetly we were only 3 people. We started to search for another friend so we can go inside. We got a plus 2, and one of them is my friend from the morning. Because it was not allowed for a group of 5 people to get inside, we choose to split to 2 groups. My group get inside first. At first it wasn’t that scary, but when we entered a small room, there sited a woman ghost with long hair in the corner, in the other corner there stand a man ghost. I already panicked. When we entered a hall the person in front of me suddenly ran. I was so panicked and I run too. My friend that behind me run as well. We get out as fast as possible. Sadly one of my friend was left inside because he doesn’t run when I and the other run. We laugh about it. After that I met my other friends. We decided to get inside the hunted house again. It was pretty dumb actually. We decided to not run this time. When we get inside, we were welcomed by a hit on a table. After that we saw a crying ghost, a lady ghost that came to you. When we take a turn to the hall, we were greeted by a scary old lady. She was coming to me because I was the one in the front. I was so scared so I close my eyes and I fell down. My friend in the back already screaming the Quran surah. We were so loud. When we were about to take a u turn to the other room, suddenly a head popped up in front of me. Because I’m so shocked, I scream and fell down again. We ended up screaming the whole time. When we want to exit, we were panicked and run. Because of that all of us was tripped and almost fell and kiss the ground when we exited. We were laughing so hard. It was stupid but really fun. We choose to wait for the announcement of the fashion show winner. When the announcement was made, my class was really happy because the winner is from my class.

Me and my friends pray after that and we decided to wait for the T’ST performance. My mom called and tell me that she was going to go and pick me up because she says it was to late. I was pretty disappointed because I don’t get to watch RAN and The Changcuters. I get to watch the T’st performance though. It was really cool. I was so happy. It was really entertaining. After that I went out from the Megantara area. I was quite sad, but I don’t want to fight my mom. My mom arrived later and picked me up.

That all about The Magantara 2016 and my experience in there. It was fun and cool. I like the decoration though. See you next year in the megantara 2017 .

The World Tournament and Technology Festival

Wttf

Wttf or world tournament and technology festival is a tournament  that my school created. This tournament held by osis. This tournament theme is galaxy/planets.  In this tournament we have to compete with other tenth grader and the eleventh grader. In this tournament we were divided to groups, my class got in the fifth group because we are X science 5. In each group was filled with 1 class tenth grader and 1 class eleventh grader. We have to compete with them. 

First we have to gather in bali field to get some instruction. After getting some instruction, we moved to my school hall. In the school hall we sat and waited for the supply we will get. We got a map and some water baloon for the journey.

We started to moved to the first location that is bangsal in bali field. When we arrived in the bangsal, we were greeted by the committee in there. We were challenge to play fifa in a laptop. We were agains the eleventh grader. So we pick fife people to play fifa. After a couple minute of playing we ended up losing to the elevent grader. After that we moved to the second location, that is the bali field. In the bali field we play 2 games. The first game is flappy bird and we win!!! . After playing flappy bird, we moved to the left side of bali field. In there we have to choose 10 people to play in games. The games called "Protect the Queen". My class made a team of ten and i became the queen. When the game started, we start our formation. After a couple minute searching for the other queen, i finnaly found the queen and attack. After fighting to get the scarf of the queen the game finally over because the time is up. Because the queens are save, the winner is choosen by the most player in the team. My class have 8 player left and the elevent grader got 9 player. And then they win again. Well that was ok i guess :(   .

After finishing the game in the bali field, we move to a park that quite far from our school. We went to  tongkeng Park. In there we have to build a robot from cardboard, water bottle, and straws. This game require all member of each class to work together and build a robot. After a few minute of building the winner finally anounced. And the winner is the eleventh grader again... Its getting sad.

After we finished in the Tongkeng Park, we move to another location that is the photography park. The park was further than the Tongkeng Park. We walked for a good couple minute. After we arived, we were greeted by another committee. They explain the game in this park. The game is the one that you spin  the wheel and it tell you what color you step on. The game was fun. Because it was a tie, both classes win. While we wait some of my class mate were playing swing in park. We were having so much fun. But something unfortuned happen, my friend glasses broke until it was seperated to 3 pieces. It was a bad thing to happen.

After finish there, we move back to my school to take a break. While break time, we eat, chat, pray, and just chill. After break time over, we move to the back of my school to play another game that is the human chain. In this game 3 people from each class was choosen to answer some question. When the answer is correct, student from the class who got correct answer will make a chain from human depend on the score of the question. We won this game !! Yayy. 

After that we move to the front part of my school. We move to the ceremony field. In there we were challenge to eat a super spicy noodle. My class was confident to win. When the game started, the senior eat the whole noodle by only eat 2 times. My friend starting to lose hope and ended up eating slowly. This is another game that we lost.

After that we move tho class IX science 3. In there we play a computer game. The game was taken. I choose to participate. Me and my 2 friend is getting ready to play agains the senior. My 2 friend started first and they both win. I was pretty nervous. Im afraid that i will lose. But after i played the game, I WIN GUYS. My class was screaming and cheering and laughing. It was really fun.

After that we suposed to go to the music park, but because of the time we cancel that part. We were really disaponted. After that we move to bali field. In the bali field we were told that we have to fight agains the aliens to get a part of the puzzle. After finishing the fight agains the alien, we were told to create a picture with the pieces of puzzle. After a couple minute the tenth grader classes finish the puzzle. We were anounced as the winner of the puzzle game.

The world tournament and technology festival was really fun. Im really looking forward to the next year wttf.

well i shall introduce my self again

My name is Farha Luzaimia R. My nickname is Mia. Right now i study in SMAN 3 Bandung , this school is one of the best school in Indonesia. And yes i'm an Indonesian. Im half Korea half Indonesia. I live in Bandung right now with my mom. My birthday is in 24 January 2002 so right now im 14 Years Old. I like spicy food, salty food. But my favorite food is ICE CREAM. My aim include being an architect, travel the world, try every vanilla ice cream in the world, and grow old and be a grandma.My Favorite animal is cat because they're so cute. My favorite singer is Taylor Swift and my favorite actress is Anne Hathaway. I like to play tricks because it's funny. My voice is quite loud. I think i have ADHD but it's not confirmed yet. I have a weird habbit of getting stressed in a sudden and when i do i will scream ,punch, and kick but the stressed feeling will gone in a couple minute. It's a weird habit, but it's okay because i am weird.
